If you're a Sri Lankan planning to work or reside in the UAE, you need to complete a medical examination for your visa process. This guide will walk you through the steps required to complete the GCC medical process in Sri Lanka.

Step 1: Book Your Online Appointment
Start by booking an online appointment for your medical test through the official website: Wafid.com.
If you're unsure how to book an online appointment, visit the nearest GAMCA (GCC Approved Medical Centers Association) approved medical center and ask them to book an appointment for you. I have added a few in Colombo below for reference:

After payment, you will be automatically assigned to a GAMCA approved medical center where you will undergo your medical examination.

Step 2: Visit the Assigned Medical Center
On your appointment date, visit the assigned medical center. Here, you will undergo various medical tests, including:

Step 3: Collect Your Medical Report
After completing the tests, collect your medical report (usually takes around 5 working days). If you pass the medical examination, you can proceed to the next steps.
Step 4: Attestation by the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC)
Take your medical report to the Sri Lanka Medical Council for attestation. No appointment is needed for this step. Here are the details:
